2. Use of the website

You may use our website for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable Thai or international law or regulation.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its associated systems.
• Reproduce, copy or redistribute the content of this website without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who fails to comply with these terms.

3. Our courses

Neuronest currently offers three online courses:

• Python & AI First Steps — an eight-week beginner course priced at ฿3,700.
• Hands-On Machine Learning — a twelve-week intermediate course priced at ฿16,200.
• AI Systems & Deployment — a sixteen-week advanced course priced at ฿31,500.

Course descriptions, durations and formats are provided on our website as general information and are subject to change. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled learners before they take effect.

We make no representations about employment outcomes, income or career progression. Learning requires genuine effort and results vary from person to person.

4. Enquiries and enrolment

Submitting an enquiry form on our website does not constitute enrolment on a course. Enrolment is confirmed only when we have received your completed enrolment form and the relevant course fee, and when we have sent you a written confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline any enrolment application at our sole discretion. If we decline an application, any fee received will be refunded in full.

5. Fees and payment

Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are due in full prior to the start of the course unless we agree otherwise in writing. Fees do not include any taxes that may apply to your individual circumstances.

We will provide payment instructions on confirmation of your place. We accept payment by bank transfer and by the methods stated in your confirmation email. We do not store card details.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation by you

If you cancel your enrolment more than fourteen days before the course start date, we will refund your fee in full. If you cancel within fourteen days of the start date, a partial refund of 50% of the course fee will be issued. No refund is available after the course has started, except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation by Neuronest

If we cancel a course before it begins, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and refund your course fee in full. We are not responsible for any other costs you may incur as a result of our cancellation.

Course modifications

We reserve the right to modify course content, materials or scheduling. Where modifications are substantial, enrolled learners will be notified and offered the option to withdraw with a full refund.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, lesson content, written notes, exercises and other resources provided by Neuronest are our intellectual property or that of our content licensors. They are provided for personal educational use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute or sell any course material without our prior written permission.

Any work you create yourself during a course — code, projects, written assignments — remains your own property. We may use anonymised learner project summaries for educational purposes with your consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Neuronest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or participation in our courses, including loss of data, loss of earnings or loss of opportunity.

Our total liability to you in connection with any course shall not exceed the amount you paid for that course.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and tools, including open-source libraries and documentation. These links are provided for convenience and information only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party website. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of the page indicates when they were last revised. Changes will not affect any course enrolment already confirmed before the change takes effect. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
